Health Coaching

Health coaching provides you with knowledge, confidence and skill.  In essence, you will learn to use these qualities to improve every area of your health and life. 

By working with me on a one-on-one basis, you develop both awareness and inner balance.  In effect, you achieve permanent results. Together we find out what works for you, as an individual.

Firstly, we define the areas that need attention.  After that, we set clear goals and a reasonable time frame. The intention is to allow simple changes to take place.  With this purpose in mind, your goals become easy to reach.

Given these points, progress is fast, easy and effective.  In essence, you become an expert on your life and health.  From this point; it’s not necessary to rely on any outside help.

On the whole, my approach transforms your entire life.

Private One to One Health Coaching

 

A private health coach teaches you to take responsibility for both your health and life.

Firstly, each area impacting your well-being is defined.  In brief, you become clear about what areas need attention.  With this information, you can set your goals. My role as a health coach is to guide you toward achieving each one. 

Secondly, we address any challenges and reasons why you have struggled in the past.  Simply becoming more aware is a huge step in the right direction. 

As your coach, I will support you fully.  In time, you will be able to release anything in the past that has held you back. 

Finally, I take your individuality into account.  In essence, this makes my health coaching practise unique. 

Overall, you will see a huge difference in each area of life.

  • I give basic but essential advice. In effect, this begins your journey toward healthy living.
  • Two 50 Minute Coaching Sessions.  Either online or in person. 
  • You get unlimited support from text messaging and email.
  • You receive a written summary of each session with links to recommendations.
  • Free books and materials that are useful in helping you reach your goals.
  • Perfect if you wish to commit a longer period to health coaching.

 

Fees: £35

 

  • Three months is a longer program that allows gradual changes in diet, exercise and lifestyle.   
  • Signing up for three months allows for ongoing feedback.  As a result, you stay motivated. 
  • This program provides insight into your values, lifestyle and how they impact your health.
  • I find out what your goals are and break them down into small, simple steps.
  • Gives simple pointers and ideas that are customised to your needs. In effect, these begin your journey toward healthy living.
  • Six 50 Minute Coaching Sessions.  Either online or in person. 
  • You build more confidence. 
  • I introduce you to higher awareness.  As a result, you know your emotions better.
  • You will learn to be independent in both your thinking and actions.   
  • Experience less stress and all its effects.
  • You get unlimited support from text and email.
  • I provide you with a written summary of each session with links to recommendations.
  • You receive free books and materials.  These are useful in helping you reach your goals.
  • Excellent if you have many goals to achieve over a longer period of time.

  • Excellent if you are new to the idea of health coaching. 

 

Fees: £20

I conduct my Health Coaching sessions over Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp or Facebook Video.  We can also meet in person.  Face to face appointments takes place in Leeds, West Yorkshire or in your home city.  Please contact me to discuss the best option for you.
